Refund Policy
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of service. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. General Policy
Our refund policy varies depending on the service purchased. Due to the nature of digital certificates and the costs associated with their issuance, many of our products are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued by the Certifying Authority (CA).
2. Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)
A refund for a DSC can be requested only before the application has been processed and forwarded to the CA. Once the application is submitted and a certificate is issued, no refund can be processed. If a refund is approved, a processing fee of INR 200 will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. SSL Certificates
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most SSL certificates. If you are not satisfied with your SSL certificate for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the issuance date. This policy does not apply to certificates that have been misused or installed on websites engaged in illegal activities.
4. Other Services
For other services such as E-Sign, Document Signer, and HSM solutions, refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at support@aresglobalsolutions.com with your order number and the reason for your request. All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
